Challenging Mental Health
since 2000

For over 20 years Ebenezer Rehabilitation Centre has been helping men of Jamaica with mental health issues to enjoy enriched lives and re-engage with society.

Mental Health should not hidden away, forgotten or neglected…it needs to be tackled and we aim to “Stamp out the Stigma” surrounding the issues by educating Families and communities to help those that are challenged with mental health issues.

Ebenezer was formed to provide an environment to men suffering with mental health issues, so they could get the care and attention required to find their place back in society.

What People Say

“Having seen the positive impact Ebenezer has on the lives of the men that come through their doors, I had to pledge my support to them.

“I hope they continue to grow and support many more that can benefit from their services.”

Remy Clarke
Cymer Marketing Solutions Limited (UK)

“I remember carrying mentally challenged homeless men off the streets who are now working and trying to rebuild their lives, someone to unpack trucks and another person who cleans people’s homes.

“These tasks might seem small, but they are really commendable when compared to the mental state these men are journeying from.”

Marsha Mullings- Thompson
Supervisor at the Southern Regional Health Authority
