Four coups were built at Ebenezer Rehabilitation Centre to help with client rehabilitation and provide a source of income to help with operational costs.
The clients are provided with daily tasks assisting their wellbeing and the Centre:
- Collecting laid eggs
- Maintaining the coups and the chickens
- Poultry preparation
- Slaughter house and equipment hygiene and maintenance
